Tangy sweet and simple is this cake. Just enough lemon mascarpone whipped cream frosting to satisfy your citrus & berry cake cravings. Made with organic blueberries, Strauss Family Creamery products, Organic Beehive flour from Central Milling and of course, love. This cake is a pleasing 8” size. When in season, edible flowers will be added. (Violas are currently growing in the garden!) Can also be made as a heart-shaped cake by request.
