In this Zoom Class you will receive personal one-on-one instruction and learn how to make pie dough from scratch, shape a pie crust, par-bake a pie crust and finally bake a pie! Pie choice is up to you. Allow for two - three days, approximately two to four hours each lesson depending on your schedule! Recipe and materials list will be emailed when class is purchased.
